| Committee Room | £6.00 per hour |
| Kitchen | One-off charge per evening function of £9.00, all day £19.50 |
| Bar | One-off fee of £25.00 |
| Security Bond | £100.00 - £200.00 per booking |
A 50% deposit secures a booking and is non returnable, balance to be paid 7 days prior to hire date.
